We coordinate the appropriate crew so that the food is varied, nutritious, fresh and according to each taste and need. Costa Rican cuisine is very varied and is very popular with most foreigners who visit the country. National and international dishes are offered and sometimes special dishes are prepared to the delight of the students.

We expect the student to inform about special diets, more controlled environments, health problems or allergies before your arrival.
As Guantes de Oro does not provide insurance policy either social security for internship, the student must get a student insurance policy that protects against any incident, pandemias, illness, disability, or death during the period of internship as an intern. It must be covered by himself, his legal tutor in his country of origin or his education institution.

Costa Rica has 27 national parks, 58 wildlife refuges, 32 protected areas, 15 areas of swampy wetlands, 11 forest reserves and 8 biological reserves, as well as 12 other conservation regions that protect the diverse natural habitats founded throughout the whole country.
During their free time, students can go out to participate to cultural and sport activities or even trips to natural national parks, rivers, forests, beaches and much more!
